Founded in 1997, the Alpine Angelfish Synchronized Swimming Team is based in Longmont, CO. The Alpine Angelfish team is a member of the United States Synchronized Swimming Association. The team is lead by Head Coach Becky Meitin, a multiple-time National Master's Synchronized Swimming Champion.

Boulder Aquateens is a private, non-profit, competitive synchronized swim team based in Boulder, Colorado. The team is a member of US Synchronized Swimming. Aquateens compete in local, regional, and national competitions, and have placed in the top ten at the Age Group National Championship.
